Eligibility for M.Sc. Chemistry Programme

For admission to M.Sc. Part-I, the candidates must possess B.Sc. (two years course) with Chemistry, Botany and Zoology or Chemistry, Physics and Mathematics/Statistics as elective subjects, securing at least 45% marks in Chemistry as well as in the aggregate of B.Sc. Examination.

Computation of Merit

Merit for admission to this programme will be determined on the following basis: Marks in B.Sc. + marks in Chemistry + 20 marks for Hifz-e-Quran (if applicable). In each category of admission, a merit list is drawn from which the candidates are offered admission according to the number of seats available.
